Multiomics identifies metabolic subtypes based on fatty acid degradation allocating personalized treatment in hepatocellular carcinoma


              南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院肝胆与肝移植外科余德才教授团队收集了41例肝癌患者的癌组织、癌旁组织及外周血清(其中17例接受了anti-PD1治疗),进行转录组测序(n=66)、脂质组(n=63)、代谢组(n=41)、蛋白质组(n=41)及PCR芯片(n=41)检测,并进行了预后随访.
