本研究通过PCR Array同时检测多个基因在不同样本(有镁浸渍膜处理的大鼠颅骨缺损组织和未处理的对照组织)中的表达情况。通过比较基因表达水平,可发现哪些基因在镁浸渍膜促进骨再生过程中发生了上调(表达增加)或下调(表达减少)。例如,对于与骨再生相关的基因,如成骨细胞标志物基因(如碱性磷酸酶基因 ALP 等)、细胞外基质蛋白基因(如胶原蛋白基因等)以及信号通路相关基因,PCR Array 能够快速地确定它们的表达变化。
